Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JOMP website, customer application and related services operated by Jomp Ltd ("JOMP", "we", "our" or "us").

By creating an account or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The service

JOMP provides a technology platform that connects motorists who need roadside assistance, recovery and vehicle support with independent service providers.

JOMP is not the roadside assistance provider. A provider who accepts your request is an independent business or individual, and the service itself is performed by that provider.

Who can use JOMP

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

Requests, pricing and payment

The price shown before you confirm a request is based on the details available at that time, including the service, location and vehicle. The final amount can change if the job is different from the request you submitted. Any change is shown in the app before you are charged the updated amount where the platform is able to do so.

You agree to pay the charges for services you request. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. JOMP does not store complete payment card details.

Cancellations

You can cancel a request in the app before the service is completed. A charge may apply once a provider has accepted the job or has started travelling to you. Any cancellation charge is shown in the app at the time you cancel.

Location

Roadside assistance depends on knowing where you are. You agree that JOMP and the assigned provider may use your location to find you, estimate arrival and complete the service you requested.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Give a safe and accurate location
  • Describe the problem and your vehicle honestly
  • Cooperate with the provider so the work can be done safely
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, interfere with how it works, make false requests, harass a provider or another user, or try to access someone else's account.

Liability

Providers are responsible for the roadside service they accept. JOMP is responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page and in the customer app. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
